In general, the main floor has a master suite, a formal living and dining room, a great room, eat in kitchen, laundry and powder room. The formal living room could easily be used as the formal dining room and make the current dining room an office, nursery or other room as desired.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a "double" bathroom which can easily be converted to two separate bathrooms - one private bathroom for the SE bedroom and the other one would have two entrances - one from the large N bedroom as well as the current hallway entrance.
